- The REVX Lite is NecksGen's newest style of head and neck restraint. Made in the USA from a carbon fiber composite material, the REVX Lite adds an extra element to driver comfort.
- The X strap system holds the device securely in place while driving and helps keep it where you want it while getting in or out of the vehicle. The straps are easily adjustable for personal fitment, and the double adjustable tactical buckle in front is easy to use.
- The REVX has been shown to reduce neck loads under impacts when tested to the NHTSA FMVSS 208 standard using a 3-point belt. NecksGen always recommends racing with at least a 5-point harness, but where a 3-point is all that is available, the REVX adds an extra layer of protection.
- Built with 3" belt guides that work with 3" or 2" wide shoulder belts. The 3" chassis is a one size fits most unit that fits most adults - choose the M/L harness for most adults or XL+ for drivers who typically wear a 2XL t-shirt or larger.

The Youth harness fits the Small 2″ chassis only – it will not fit the adult chassis.
Neck Diameter
- Measure the width of your neck just above your shirt collar.
- Make sure your neck is not wider than the I.D. of the device.
Shoulder Width
- Measure the width across your shoulders.
- Make sure the device is narrower than your shoulders.
- Measure around your chest to choose the harness size. The M/L harness fits most adults; XL+ fits drivers who typically wear a 2XL t-shirt or larger.
- 2″ or 3″ refers to the harness shoulder belt width the device is built for. Use a 3″ device with 3″ belts; 2″ belts can be used with either.
