Shield Installation & Cleaning
- Remove the left and right shield pivot screws with the hex wrench supplied with your helmet.
- Remove the left and right friction sliders and screws.
- Inspect the new shield and clean it only with a water-based automotive glass cleaner and a microfiber cloth.
- Fit the shield, reinstall the pivot screws (do not over-tighten) and the friction sliders, then adjust the eccentric button if needed.
- Check that the shield opens, closes and locks correctly before use.
